At MTJ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your MTJ account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
